Err.....I don't think that is a she. We had a male kitten once and he was doing the same thing (it was an erection) That stopped happening when he was fixed.
Use this diagram to check if it is really a girl or not.

Hopefully it is as simple as a mix up regarding being a boy or girl and not something like a prolapsed rectum. Take her to the vet if you are still concerned.

That sure sounds like a tom-cat to me! If the cat is female, her 'bits' should be quite far back, not far from her bum. A male cat's equipment is more towards the belly, As you've only just got her, it might be a good idea to get her registered with a vet anyway; if you can stand the slight embarassment, wave yr cat's bits at the vet's receptionist and ask for their professional opinion!

We do no say what we predict of through fact we've been tempered to be politically suitable suited in our words so we don't harm definitely definitely everyone's emotions decrease than probability of arrest each and every so often. we've become a society of wimps afraid to declare what we could like.

well as soon as you get an animal you should make a vet appointment for it with in 5 days so I'm sure you have a vet appointment already made or will do on monday. you can bring that up at the appointment.

its probably a boy. when they wash "it" comes out so they can give it a good clean. Otherwise it could be a girl with very large nipples but I would imagine its the former. Take her/him to the et anyway as you'l need to check when she needs her jabs and boosters, and you'll need to arrange whichever op she's going to need anyway.
And you may need to think about alternative names!

Sorry to tell you, "she" is not a female kitty. What you have there is a little boy kitty. Recomend getting him fixed soon before he gets old enough to "spray".
