Finely chop a white cabbage, add roughly grated carrot and a TINY piece of finely grated onion.
Mix the ingredients with some mayo (the cheapest supermarket stuff is best flavour and a bit of salad cream)
The best thing is to expirement with ratios to get the amounts textures and flavours you like, but please note down the recipe for future use!

Hard white cabbage, carrots, onions, mayonnaise and salad cream with a spoon of mustard. Finely shred the cabbage, onion and carrots, place all into a large bowl, prepare as much or as little as you want, then add salad cream and mayonnaise and a teaspoon of mustard for a little 'bite' mix and store in refrigerator. it will not taste quite the same as shop bought or restaurants as it is made fresh and with fresher ingredients, no additives and no preservatives, I made a huge bowl today, yummy, just had that and fresh crusty bread for lunch! You can be adventurous, add a little curry powder to the mix, add sultanas, shredded red and green peppers, anything you like really!
Eggs are only involved if you are going to make mayo from scratch, life's too short for that, Hellmans is better!

This isn't like anything I've ever found in stores or restaurants, but it's some of the best cole slaw I've eaten, and it couldn't be easier to make:
1 bag cole slaw mix
1 pouch StarKist Sweet & Spicy tuna
1/3 C ranch dressing (also good with blue cheese)
Sliced almonds for garnish
Mix first 3 ingredients together and top with almonds. It may sound weird but is delish, nutrish & lo-cal.
