rhubarb crumble and ice cream
or next week you can try a fruit bombe - crush lots of meringues into lightly whipped cream - put into a lightly greased mould - gotta love tupperware - or a bowl - seal and stick in the freezer - then bring it out about an hour before you sit down to dinner and just before you serve it top it with fruit and fruit sauce - made by pressing fruit through a sieve (or buy the fruit compote from m&s)
yum now i want one...

Cheese cake or maybe an ice cream sundae - think nice ice cream, nutella (microwave for a minute to make it runny) and chocolate flakes or sprinkles.
