She could have a luxating patella, her knee caps slips to the side when she runs. This can be common in small breeds. Unless it causes her pain, she will be okay.

The only way you could really figure this out is by taking the Dachshund to a vet. She could have a leg injury, arthritus, or luxating patella, which is a problem common to small breeds where the knee cap routinely slips out of place.
It is important for a vet to tell you exactly what is wrong, as you will need to know how to treat it so that the dog's problem will not get any worse over time.

Well, if she's a rescue dog there's a big chance it might have been injured before. It might not be very serious, but if it pains her then immediatly bring her to the vet for an x-ray or examination.

It could be dysplasia. Many dogs, especially purebreeds, have this problem. It has to do with the hip joint. A simple x-ray by any veterinarian can determine this malady.

Get it to a Vet. Also diet can cause 'rickets', you may need to give it better food. Don't use Walmart foods, their all corn.
