A warm shower helps get the knots out. ... Sometimes, when work stresses me out, just going somewhere quiet, relaxing my shoulders, closing my eyes and quietly breathing in and out helps me relax. ... Beer helps, too. Just not at work! :) .... You ever have a neck massage? Try it, even if you have to do it yourself. ... Sometimes, talking about what stresses me out helps. I don't feel like I'm fighting the stressful situation on my own. ... I also like stretching, running and sleeping.

Learn to meditate. It has proven stress reduction qualities. An excellent book on the subject is "How to Meditate" by Lawrence LeShan. It stays away from the spiritual stuff and concentrates on practical techniques.

Keep lists of stuff i am stressed about, that way whenever i get stressed i can go back to see what i have to do.

workout ...yoga or pilates. hot bath or shower, sex helps a lot :)

if it gets worse, try some valerian extract for a natural way to calm you down. You can get it at any health food store or pharmacy.

Drink green tea! It's got a soothing effect for me.

well i go 4 a walk in the fresh air where there is no one to annoy and i try and resolve my stressful problem

For me is a long, brisk walk..or a good workout..cardio and some weights.,.it boosts your mood and you sleep better..
