Getting very drunk is bad for your health doesn't matter if it's once a week, once a month, once a year, or just once. Moderation my friend, catch a buzz then slow down. You'll be healthier and have a better time to boot.

I think that this is alot!
I read some studies about drinking and what they all say that it is not good to get drunk on a regular basis but it is not bad(the article said it is beneficial) to get drunk twice a year. Drinking wine on a regular basis is good for your blood but no more than one glass a week. I knew people that were exposed to high doses of radiation and they were advised by their doctor to drink cognac. You have to keep in mind that any alcohol consuption is already an intoxication and by getting drunk that often you slowly destroy your liver and kidneys. So be careful how much you drink and what you drink!

Getting drunk is bad for your health. If the weekend is the only time you go out and you are getting drunk, you are developing a pattern of abuse.
You probably know the truth, anyhow.

I do it 4 days a week,I think I'm healthy. Do regular exercise to
counter the drinking. Also,do not drink on a empty stomach. Eat a
full course meal before you drink.

Yes it is still bad for your liver, it is called "Binge Drinking" and it can harm your liver and digestive system in addition to other health problems. Binge drinking is classified as 5 or more drinks in one day or occasion for men and 4 or more for women,

I hope not!! I did all the time as a young adult (early 20's)..every weekend. My hubby still does it almost every weekend. I dont do it as often, but maybe 2 times a month. There is nothing wrong with our health. My parents do it too....and they are in their mid-late 40's!

ingesting beer as quickly as each week isn't undesirable for you, its definitely sturdy which you are able to drink a lager or a wine. yet getting inebriated each week is undesirable. this is undesirable on your brains and liver.
