Do you think it's possible to engineer a virus that only kills Mexicans?

I was reading a journal article about particular markers in the immune system of Amerindians. I wonder, couldn't a virus be engineered that selectively attacked only such people?

Nope it will kill humans and mammals. It will eventually kill all of us. Look into genetics we are all very related to one another. We are often mixed races and through migration people are more similar racially than we ever knew. They are thinking we all can be traced to africa at some time or another. It is found with DNA. It will be fatal to humans all humans. Look at AIDS. What journal wrote that article link please?

Mexican means mixture, they are made up of American Indians
and spaniards. We did a migration study because it was always believed that the American Indian came from Europe.
He has type o blood. Yet, Europeans has type A
They are descendents of Asians who went to Alaska and then down into the good old USA. Who primarily have type O blood.
Which now most Americans have. So genitically we are closer to them then any other race of people on the earth.
Africa and has mostly type B Blood.
So aside for being cruel and stupid so before you do that better find out if your a type O blood. One individual in the study hated Mexicans and found out genetically he was one.
While doing this study, there was many experiences that were very good. One man who had been prejuidice against blacks
and found that type B blood came from africa and mixed with European [men used those slave girls] Type A/B
Which is what he had. We are all Mexicans, because we are all a mixture of races.

Yeah, probably, but it may not kill just mexicans as in of Mexican nationality. It would probably affect those of a hispanic/native american backround. It's to do with physical composition of different races. Caucasions are more prone to skin cancer than those of African descent for example. There was also some vaccine in the Korean War that only affected those of a lebanese backround, I saw it on Mash though so whether that's accurate or not I don't know. Certain diseases only kill a specific type of plants. Look at Dutch Elm Disease, there are no more elm trees in Ireland because of it but it didn't affect any other tree of the same genus.

With biological warfare anything is possible is that not what Hitler was trying to due with all his experiments? Why would anyone want to due or think of such a horrid thing? Besides is there not diseases that are more prominent in certain ethnic groups like sickle cell?

I was going not dignify an answer to this question but my anger would not let it go. don't you think there is enough violence in this world w/o your comment. you are entitled to your opinions. but all people no matter what ethnic origon they are have hearts souls and minds and were placed here on this earth for a purpose the only being who can judge is God or whoever you concieve a higher power to be.

It is called "genocide" and of course, its possible. A guy named Adolf Hitler first thought of it when he wanted to exterminate God's chosen people. Guess what? He failed. The Jews are still with us and Hitler and his idealism faded, like a bad dream.

By the same token, a virus can be engineered to kill only Americans, specifically the biased, white-supremacist, holier-than-thou type. So, be careful what you wish for!
