Are they forgetting that it took months or even years to accumulate their fat? Do they not realize that it will take an equal length of time to lose it? Many seem to think that liposuction will cure them, not realizing that it's only a temporary fix. Why is it they don't realize that diet and exercise are the only way to cure their condition? Just curious... 'nuff said?

Been there done that.
No excuses.
Think of the poor firefighters that have to rescue you blimps.
Losing weight is just a matter of consuming less and exercising more.

Weight gain/loss is not always a physical thing, but sometimes mental. While an overweight person may be saying they want to diet and lose weight, unconsciously they may be trying to sabotage their own success. I would imagine there is usually a psychological reason beyond eating too much that will either cause a person to over eat, or prevent them from having the willpower to stick to a reduced eating plan and exercise regimen.
I also don't think it has anything to do with being so-called "fat", as you say... I think it's human nature to want to try the easy road. With trial and error, I think someone who is trying to lose weight will ultimately get fed up with the fads and temporary solutions and try losing weight properly.
I'm sure that you haven't suceeded the first time around in everything that you have done, so I don't believe you should be someone to judge how others go about their goals.

There really isn't any reason to insult anyone considering also that you say been there done that. Most people become overweight because of lack of exercise and no idea what a proper diet is.The lack of activity alone will explain some of it.They also read all of these nonsensical testimonies included in advertisements and hear so much nonsense on TV.So some of them actually have been led to believe by ignorant people or unscrupulous companies that their results can be found in a bottle. The statements you make here make alot of sense.

In respects to Mr. offended, its no longer that way for all time. there are various circumstances the place the guy diets and workouts previous perception and nonetheless doesnt lose any weight. plenty comes from genetics. With this they'd have low self-properly worth and tension which in basic terms makes it even harder for the physique to shed some pounds. human beings initiate giving up and finding for a rapid fix, and that's whilst they turn to eating matters.
