And maybe put the Jawa on a helium balloon and let him fly and be free?

I did put Leia on the grill, fed Luke to my dog (temporarily called a Rancor) and put Han with Chewbacca in the "tar pit" out by the river. I tried cutting off Vaders hand, so he could see how it felt, but my dad caught me with his hacksaw.
If I had only known what some of those figures would have fetched today. Oh well it was still fun seeing Leia melt while doing a "help be Obi-Wan your my only hope" voice over.

Never buried my Star Wars figures. I played with them only in my room, which as a kid was set up like space. I actually still have all of the original ones along with the ships and everything in a storage closet downstairs.

My younger brother burried his Manglor toy in the yard years ago. My mom bought him a second one. He buried that one as well.

The frozen Han Solo thing (when he was encased in that black thing) is also buried somewhere in the yard at the house.

I never had any star wars action figures, but if I did and I'd buried them, I'd dig them up and sell them on ebay. ;)
