lillia, then why did a Israeli spokesperson say the bombing is a tragic "mistake"?

Tlakkamond, everyone I know (no matter what color) does not approve of killing civilians.

If rescue of two of the soldiers of Israel had been done with limited no. of loss of lives, things would have got the nod. But not now, it is a holocaust. Deliberate killing of innocent people.

for the answer above, sadly, USA has supplied weapons to hezbollah as well, They use M-16's. Anyway to answer the question the world view wont change , its not even a split between races, muslims , jews, christians and others all see the evil that hezbollah and terrorist organizations have caused, my muslim friend agrees that these organizations have kill more of their own will little care...."like Hitler" they think they are the super race. It will never happen and they will eventually die off, but since they are backed by at least two countries even though they themselves arent a country its more like fighting as an exterminator getting all the mice and rats hidden in the cracks and homes of innocents.......

No.

There will still be the racists who advocate the extermination of all non-Muslims in the region, the people who will still regard the people who are more effective as the 'bad guys' and the rest of the whiners.

This conflict has provided Europe a golden opportunity to act and promote stability in that area - but I expect that we will see nothing more than what they have provided in the past: empty words.

The fact is that the US has a limited influence over Israel because they trust us. If other nations (and the UN) want to get similar influence they need to do things that would build Israel's trust. And holding one country to a different standard of conduct than their opponents is going to do nothing but make them regard you as another enemy.

Terrorists hide behind women and children to get the worlds attention and they are doing it. People fail to see this is a broad war against Isamic extremeists. The UN is a joke. Ask them out resloution 1559 was carried out?

If we had 2 troops kidnapped and between 12,000 and 15,000 rockets pointed at us...what would we do?

Also Israel dropped leaflets warning get out we're going to bomb this.

Basically, Lebanon has to defend itself against Israel for the people's sake. And i really do mean DEFEND and not REVENGE. Besides, we don't really know what is going on in the UN. As far as i know, Israel has rejected UN's call for truce. Hence, the only thing we can do is to pray for this 'war' to stop. Even so, one thing is for sure, Israel will not stop if USA continue supplying firearms and USA has to take a drastic action in order to keep peace.

news flash Israel told Lebanon that they're going to attack Qana and warned the citizens to leave, the Hezbollah sees no value to the citizens of Lebanon.
it was an apology, the Israelis don't want to kill Lebanese citizens, they just want to disable Hezbollah, you are mistaken if you think this is a Israel vs. Lebanon war, it Israel vs. Hezbollah.

People should stand and denounce terrorism, its so sick to see the suffering hezbollah is inflicting on their people. Hezbollah should learn from ANC and Nelson Mandella. Nelson Mandella achieved his objective in 27yrs and didnt send suicide bombers nor fire rockets. I think the UN should have Mandella organise a seminar to educate the Hezbollah idiots.

It's an atrocity. What is very sad is how this is dividing the world. Basically, all non-white people I know recognize it for the atrocity it is, while all whites I know support the genocide, including children. It's sick.
