Both--with jelly, or chocolate, or on a spoon, or on a cracker!

My son, when he was 6, went to a friends' house. Dad was home, and made the boys PB &J's. My picky 6 year old didn't like crunchy, so the Dad picked out all the crunchies!!

Above and beyond the call of duty for a 6 year old guest!

You've got a peanut butte junkie my friend. I've been doing peanut seriously since I was a grunt in Vietnam and it came in sea rations. Later I was major league into Skippy super chunk for many years, on crackers, celery, just about anything. I've even added some peanut butter as filling in an omelet. I still do Skippy but have transitioned to smooth the last few years, mainly on Rye Krisp. One of my favorite peanut butter dishes is to boil some rice, add a couple spoons of peanut butter and some soy sauce to taste. Stir it around to blend the ingredients while the rice is hot......

SMOOTH

It depends -- on toast I like smooth peanut butter, so you can scrape it on your toast evenly without the chunks of peanut getting in the way as the peanut butter melts.

But I love super crunchy peanut butter on plain white bread, untoasted, because the crunch of the peanut chunks is such a nice contrast to the soft white bread.

Yummmmmm ...

I like both. The very best peanut butter is the Smuckers natural peanut butter.

But I thought you Aussies hated the stuff and only ate Vegemite. I had some in 1985 when I was visiting. Too salty but tasted good in gravies.
