They don't say that. InshaAllah means God willing.

When a man has intercourse with his wife, he should say: “Bismillaah, Allaahumma jannibnaa al-shaytaan wa jannib al-shaytaan maa razqtanaa (In the name of Allaah, O Allaah Keep us away from the Shaytaan and keep the Shaytaan away from what You bestow on us (our children)).” The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: If Allaah decrees that they should have a child, the Shaytaan will never harm him.” (Narrated by al-Bukhaari, 9/187)

as far as i am concerned, muslims say "bismillahir rahmanir rahim" when they start to do something (even if when mounting the wife :P). the phrase means "i am starting this by the name of almighty allah" (i'm not sure). and when they finish something, they say, "alhamdulillah", which means "all thanks to allah for letting us finish this work properly".

they say "inshallah" when they make a commitment or want to do something, which most probably mean " if allah permits".

btw, i heard a joke about a muslim mollah. a very devoted muslim mollah got married, at night when he went to sleep with his bride, everybody was peeking at the window of their room, they wanted to hear what the mollah say to his bride. they heard a "bismillahir rahmanir rahim"... then a longggggggggggg pause, they heard nothing. after a long time, they only heard, "alhamdulillah!"

sorry for my bad english, it is not my first language.

How on Earth would you ever know if this is true or not? Is that what you heard in your parents' room when you were a snot nosed kid? Maybe that's what someone said before mounting you, hoping he doesn't catch some std.

Insya'allah means "God' willing" or "with God's will".

I've never heard of males shouting that grace before pounding their wives. And how'd you know about this? Some dude shouted this before he got it on with you?
