Are we in Revalations?

Since all the natural disasters and the middle east crisis.It has come too my attention that we could possibly be in the beggining of revalations.If we are,how far are we in revalations and how long does revalations ends from the start? Also if anyone has a link too show where we are in revalations that would be great thanks!

the book of revelation is allegory and metaphor. it should not be interpreted literally.

If we are near the end times, it's not because of constant CNN coverage of events that was unavailable ages ago when much greater natural disasters and wars took place.

What goes on now pales in comparision to WW 1 and 2, not to mention the bubonic plague that wiped out 1/3 of Europe or the Spanish flu of the early 20th century.

Yes. As in the bible, God foretold that the people of Israel will come back to Israel and that generation will see the second coming of the Lord.

Israel came back together in 1968. In the bible, a generation means 40 years. So if the calculation is correct then the second coming of the Lord would me in or before 2008.

We are in the last days, but that could take a long time. I'm not sure if the last days that Jesus spoke of in the Olivet Discourse (found in Matthew 24) are part of the trumpet, bowl, or seal judgements that comprise the tribulation that The Revelation of John speaks of.
