I asked a moment ago "2 questions: Is incest illegal? is incest immoral?" The answers were unanimously YES on both accounts. I want to take this one step further into the grey areas of opinion and personal judgement.
Please provide your country of residence, and your chosen belief system. For example:

The above was merely an example. Do not see it as an attempt to influence you, or my personal opinion on this issue. I am asking from a neutral, unopinionated, open mind on this issue, and am requesting facts.
Please provide references to legislation if available for recall, or on hand.

reason for (1): it think it's fairly obvious that incest is illegal - what with all the laws and stuff. well actually i have no evidence but given the perceived immorality of the act i'd be VERY surprised if it wasnt illegal
reason for (2): morals are a very subjective thing. in terms of society, or more specifically developed, western society, the answer would be yes. however, i don't think that relatedness should stand in the way of love if it happens to occur between siblings or first cousins. i'd never actually *commit* incest (for all those who would denounce me as "sick"), but i believe that people should be allowed to have sex with anyone of their choice (within the limits of age and consent, of course). so "no" to immoral in my book

ok just read the title of the question again. yes, i think incestuous porn is wrong. immorality is a "maybe", but i'd definitely consider it to be "wrong". and i'd again guess that it's probably illegal

Is incest illegal? Yes it is in the United States. Is it immoral? That depends on the individuals. I don't think it is any ones business, including the government, what goes on behind closed door between 2 consenting adults. So it is immoral to me. I would say "No!". I am spiritual, no religious.
