I am feeling a bit blue today after a nasty and sad break-up. Does anyone have a story about how they thought all was hopeless but then found the love of their life??

hell yeah!i was with a guy i adored, bt he treated me like **** and i still stuck by him cz like us women do i thought hed change!bt that didnt happen, he didnt split up with me i finished him bt only because i was so unhappy i started going to 6th form and met a bloke who was great, in the end i left v uva guy an got with tye new one, weve been togethr five years now and if it wasnt for being unhappy with my ex i would have never realised that there is nicer guys in this world and wouldnt of found my true love.the point is things happen for a good reason and i never looked for true love, it found me through the pain of another relationship so that mite just happen to u too!

I got out of a marriage to a drunken, mentally abusive man and two years ago got chatting to a man while out walking my dog in the park. We bumped into each other twice and he said he was going back to australia the next day could he have my e mail address. I was really surprised to hear from him. We've been e mailing ever since and he was back here from May to July to visit his mum and we met properly and had coffee and a chat. After a few days chatting more we couldn't bear to go a day without seeing each other and admitted our feelings.
He had decided previously he wasn't looking for a relationship having been badly hurt but the strength of our feelings has been overwhelming. He is everything I have ever wanted in a man except he has gone back to Australia!. He's coming to stay with me In April for at least 4 months and we e mail every day and talk on the phone 3 or 4 times a week. I'm over the moon.
Cheer up. It's a cliche but you never know what's around the corner.

Im a male living in Tenerife and all my life I have been looking for the perfect women. Most of the women I tryed with lied to me and really upset me. Then one day in Tenerife I just got back from del duque in torviscas on the bus in los Cristianos. I saw this girl I was getting on the bus and just started chatting to her got her number when I got off the bus. I only downside was that she is from south america and her english is a little so it was hard to chat her up. I got the number and left it a couple a days and rang her and she sounded excited and her friend who was english had to interpret!! She came and met me since then it has been going well and sometimes if I need to talk to her I have to get out the dictionary or get someone who speaks spanish to interpret for me. Its funny but I will learn spanish and when I can speak properly we will probably like each other and appreciate each other more. Malcolm

Yeah, my doctor has that kind of story. Its his love life story. I'm not 100% accurate because i forgot the details but the general idea is this.
During high school, he had a girlfriend. They lasted for a couple of years but eventually their relationship didn't work out. He was always asking himself (and i think he also asked God, and complained a bit) why didn't their relationship work out. But during one time during a medical conference held on some other country (i think it was Hawaii), he met a girl who was also attending the conference. Eventually they got to know each other. This girl was more compatible with him than his ex. Now, they are living happily together with their son. He said he could never have asked for someone better suited for him.

Sorry to hear about your break-up. Doesn't mean you can't find true love again. I always knew i would find true love someone i could call my soulmate. In this case he found me. Comes when you least expect it. So don't look for true love let it find you. Don't be sad things will get better and than you will have lots to smile about.

Yeah, I thought that all was hopeless but then I've met my girlfriend at the University and sincerly it was love at first sight. I felt that she is the one for me. We are togheter since 29 nov 2004. I love her a lot !!!

You sound like a really impressive guy. even even if i'm a lady who's youthful than you, i will somewhat relate to you. i trust like i'm awkward and do not somewhat have a social existence. i have continually felt like that. i have tried so demanding to easily slot in and be outgoing and everyday, even if it merely under no circumstances labored. you need to be your self. you'll discover someone in some unspecified time sooner or later who somewhat loves you for who you're. What you choose on your existence is something that somewhat makes you chuffed. even if its someone or something you do. You stated you take exhilaration in music. perchance get into that a touch better. even if you do not imagine you're sturdy, who cares! If it makes you chuffed, it really is all that concerns. i'm accountable of being concerned too a lot about what human beings imagine of me. i attempt to inform myself to do what makes me chuffed, no longer easily everyone else. in case you want a lady, bypass for her! Anyway don't worry, you'll find yours, and there's not only one for each of us, I found one years ago but I didn't know, and 2 months ago we got together, he had been just a good friend before that.

you will usually find it is the person you least expect, i grew up with a family next door, the son got married, then divorced,years later i found it was me he had liked all along, little did he know that thats how i felt, now we are together after 10yrs of messing!!
