I have read

"All god breathed writings are profitable....."

A lot of good people use 2 Timothy 3:16 to push a translation and force it to have meant "the Bible," but that doesn't make any moral sense, and, still doesn't answer your question. But, I'll bet it's the quote you'll get most.

2 Timothy 3:16 says the Bible is "inspired of God." The Bible is infallible in that it tells the truth. It is up to the reader to accurately interpret what it really means without scrutiny. Acts 17:11 proves that "carefully examining the Scriptures" is the way to gain the best accurate knowledge. The reason why I've cited scriptures from the Bible is because that is the best way to get the right answer. Go straight to the source. Don't ask people, ask God in prayer to help you find the answer.

At 1Timothy 3:16 it states "All scripture is inspired of God"

I am going to include a link that asks the question, Why you can trust the Bible. It includes topics like, Does It Contradict Itself?History and Science, and Foretelling the Future. I think you will find it interesting.

2 Timothy 3;16 All Scripture is inspired of God and beneficial for teaching, for reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be fully competent, completely equipped for every good work.
The apostle Paul wrote this.
