Yes, of course they would. They would say they believed me as they were putting me in a straight jacket and bundling me off to the funny farm.

A burning bush speaks to us often - in the form of the president of the united states! He seems to be always trying to convince us of something!
If you're referring to Moses! Maybe - maybe not! I think the burning bush has been used once - in my reading of the Bible - God (Jesus Christ) never used the same method twice - so I wouldn't believe because I know that was Moses!
I do know the method that God (Jesus Christ) uses now - it's the Holy Spirit(Jesus Christ), I believe that God (Jesus Christ) the Creator of everything in the second - can show me anything that He wants - thru any mean necessary and available! He knows that if He wants to show me something that I can't explain adequately as a human being - I'm more than willing to accept His gift! But, the burning bush has already been used - He(Jesus Christ) will create something that will knock your socks off - I'm waiting!

NO!
Because the burning bush is symbolic rather than factual. That has been the problem with the interpretation of the Bible. That is why Christians sit back on their haunches and spout things like
"its God will" ..and God Will save us blah blah

It was Gods will, that we should put some effort into our practise every day, every minute. I do not mean sit with a bible in our hand and fall to our knees. No, we supposed to bring Love and Compassion to all people without exception in our daily interaction.

We have been made in his image. What is his image? LOVE and COMPASSION for all beings!

What do ppl do. wait for some guy on a magic carpet to arrive. Get real it ain't happening without your actions, without your personal effort.

I'd be committed to an asylum. Now if I parted the Red Sea and brought plagues upon the great empire of the time beforehand, that would be a different story.
