Crunches, leg lifts and scissor kicks are the best. They work for me. You are past you 6 week so you can do any exercises. Walking is also great it helps the uterus contract. Your uterus probably has not shrunk back to normal yet. That is why you have a little bigger tummy.

The rule of thumb for healthy weight loss after having a baby:
It took 9 months to gain the weight, give yourself 9 months to lose it.
That way you won't be as likely to gain any back.

If you are breast feeding your baby it will fall off you in time .If you are not breast feeding I think you should go to a gym and get a fitness trainer to help you loose your weight and tone up your body on a programme that is suited for you.

walking alot of it. start out slow get up to were your speed walking. walk about 1hr to 1hr1/2 a day. and watching what you eat also drink lots of diet drinks how i lost over 45 pounds in one year

the above answer seems OK,instead of exercise i would recommend PRANAYAM a yoga exercise, buy one CD guru yogi ramdevji maharaj, visit aastha channel {India} check with your local provider, and if available buy one CD. but start yoga now, gradually

If your nursing it will go away pretty soon,,,,,,,, other than that it will take some time...... your stomach is still swollen and will take some time for everything to go back to place
