why do you disobay the profit, you say a lot of nonsense excuses but you have no proof, not from quran, not even from sunna. that hadith is mutawater, the one that's transported through seveal lines, so if there is one liar, there is still a chance. don't write what he said down, what's so unclear about that. it's clear that he wanted us to concentrate only on qur'an.

shaikh doesn't mean correct, it means old man. bukhari (ibn barzawaih) and muslim, lived hundreads of years after muhamed and they didn't hear him. quran tell us every thing about praying, rukou', sojud, times, from dawn to noon to sunset. the rest are not basics, any way we took it from the prophet by doing it not writing down. a father took it from agrand father, these no need to disobay the prophet and write any thing.

Other answered you well ... but i want to add something very important ... our scientists in Hadeeth from long time after our prophet Mohamed (صلى الله عليه و سلم ) Died not only check the words and if it wright or wrong .... not they check every body his name is in between the words and till you got the name of Mohamed (صلى الله عليه و سلم ) and you will wonder if you know they searching in this names kind of life how they dealing with others ... if they follow the Islam or not ... if they found any one not passing from the very hard conditions they refusing the hadeeth and announce it as not correct also if they found someone good but he is not known to the or they couldn't find his history they announce hadeeth ( is not trust )
and Moree and more ... there is a very huge studies in this subject from 1300 years ago
one mor thing ... for your information ... The Muslims only have a prove of what they believe in all matters of they religion all is fact's but it's need from you to go in the wright way and you can ask any qualified person in this field and easily he will guide you to the books you suppose to read first.
thanks .... and my best wishes

You're wrong.. do you know why he told us not to write what he said???
it's because he didn't want people to mix between his sayings and God's sayings because even the Quran wasn't written then.
but after they wrote the Quran and there was no fear, prophet Muhammed found that it was the best to write what he had said, so it won't be forgotten or changed..

We have a proof. Our proof is Quran because it is the last book and Prophet Mohammed is the last prophet. Nobody changed Quran. Because Quran doesnt tell us how to pray prophet Mohammad tought muslims how to pray.

Sahih Bukhari and Muslim are TOTALLY correct, that's why they were called "Al-Sahee-hayn" or "The two correct". Holy Qur'an for example doesn't say how to pray, it simply says: "Pray". Muhammad (PBUH) said HOW TO pray, by an inspiration from GOD. Noble Qura'n: "And what the prophet came to you by, take it (do it), and what HE forbidden you to do, don not do it"
"و ما آتاكم الرسول فخذوه و ما نهاكم عنه فانتهوا"

first of all muslims dont say muhammad said...... muslims say prophet muhammad (pbuh) said......and i dont get the point 'although the profit clearly, according to them, said not to?' ... are you trying to say the prophet said not to write down what he told....well thats a wrong information you have.... when qur'an was revealed to him the first word he wrote was 'read' ...... how come others read when you dont write first....so thats a false info...

Most of his teachings are from taken from qur'an which has been unchanged since it was revealed.....whilst hadtihs are his doings reported by his companions....these are always cross verified from multiple sources.
