Very easy and no real recipe needed. Put fresh fruits of your choice, fruit juice and yogurt into a blender. Add two handfuls of ice and blend the whole thing. You can experiment with different fruits, juices and yogurts. I always use fat free plain yogurt and I don't add sugar or honey, but, you will fine your own best combination.

Have fun!!

Well, I like tropical punch smothies because they keep me refreshed. Here is what you do:
You need 2 oranges
7 strawberries
1 can diced pineapples
3 cups of ice
and hawaiin punch( fruit punch flavor)
First you peel the orange
next you pull it into individual slices
next you cut the leaves off the strawberries
then you cut the strawberries in half(vertically)
after that you put all of the fruits inside the blender.
then you pour in the ice and then one cup of fruit punch then you blend it all together and serve.
Enjoy!!!
