I am a Muslim! I dont think people of other religions hate us! As a matter of fact I have so many friends no matter what their religions are :)
Quick fact: A lot of well educated Muslims hate the acts of Taliban and al qaeda, because they do not represent Islam... they are using religion as a cover to justify their acts! As I always give the example of Adolf Hitler who went into wars and killed the Jews... this doesnt mean Germans or Christians are like that!
The act of fanatics and extremists doesnt represent the true image of their people.. right?
So when other religions do hate us that is because they are ignorants of such facts, and again do not represent their whole religions... they are extremists of another kind :)

Because we DO HATE THEM and their taliban. Where have you been? Are you Blind? They don't come here and leave their al-quada style fundamentalism there! They bring all the misguided brainwashing techniques with them here and inflict it all on us. And if you haven't also noticed we are still not taxing any of these arrogant sob's to make them pay for the twin towers that they so thoughtfully alleviated us of. They will soon own our country and we will be their slaves. Did you think slavery being abolished here has stopped them from enslaving their women? No, it hasn't and do we do anything to free them of their beliefs? Yes but they have choice to break our laws and get away with it simply because they say it is culture. It makes no sence to me that they say they want to get away from it yet they insist on bringing it w/ them to inflict on us. What a contradiction I guess if Osamah shows up he'll have some kind of diplomatic immunity or something. Bush will surely have him over for a tour of the white house and who knows maybe we'll get even more Stupid and BREED with these m/f-ers so that a natural born american dot-head can become our president! And by the way maybe you can tell me does AMERICA have any ports that we still own and operate ourselves or have we given all of them away?

We don't say so out of no where, non-muslims always connect the word islam with terrorrism. there are extremists in each and every religion, race and area but the acts of the muslim extremists are the only acts emphasized and focused on. islam is the religion of peace and love and it has spread widely towards the beginning during the days of prophet Mohammad without having even a fight not a whole war. wars came afterwards to defend muslim country. This is how we see islam but non-muslims look at extremists ONLY and take them as the role models of muslims.

whenever there is a question about Islam or Muslims, I see hateful and angry replies. instead of these angry replies I encourage people to know Muslims better and see who they are.
Muslims do not hate people from other religions. Religious Muslims are very peaceful( not the fundamentalists) because they obey Allah and Allah asks people to be peaceful and to love others.
What Taliban and Alquida and doing is not what we learned in Islam. What they are doing is completely different.

While you all say you just dislike that kind you should read what your fellow christians are posting.
I just read something earlier that said Islam is an evil preverted religion.
If that is not hate I do not know what is. They are tolerant to say the least. A lot of christians are very vengeful and hateful to persons of other religions, ESPECIALLY ISLAM.
It is rather sad and immature. Christians preach love but hate everyone they come in contact with. I myself will never understand it.

Most people do not care that much We just get on with our lives.Its a luxury to be able to ask these questions.I have lots of stuff computers a car. ETC some Muslims don't have clean water as do some catholics or communists perhaps they have a common bond.Scattered ramblings

however there are a lot broadminded ppl. out there who dont support these, and i truly respect them... but u must agree the way media presents facts. - and its all clear on the net too - the thousands of ANTI ISLAMIC sites.- anti islamic sickos with no job other than to log on everyday, bash islam in the harshest words...(i guess they get paid for that - seriously)...
theres every reason to 'say' ppl. of other religion hate muslims...however these shouldnt be taken seriously at all - dont need to respond to every dog that barks at u...

We are not all terrorists. I see some of the answers tells that they dont like muslims. I dont know why some people hate us. We dont hate christions, jewish or people who believe in other religions. It is bad to hate people who doesnt believe in your religion.I think you could get to know muslims well other than hating us.

Persecution complex! it's all part & parcel of the schizophrenic symptoms that belief systems like this produce in people...they can read any dissent as persecution and so feel like martyrs while ignoring the maybe helpful criticism that is given.

In all religions people believe what their leaders tell tem, and in most religions there a lots of leaders who are just there for the power.
