I'm assuming you stay with your mum.
It's really up to your mum. She's the one who has the right to tell your dad to leave. As kids, be nice to your parents even after the divorce, he's still your dad.

While, your father and mother are not together, but your father must be lonely, and a bit lost,
I can immagiine that it is irritating, however, it is your father, you could get involved in his life and encourage him to make friends, get some hobbies, etc,
Have you spoken to your mother about this,?
Are you married, is he in the way,
are you single and have secrets, and he cramps your style,?
I Hope you won't hurt his feelings , breaking up, is not simple, and he probably is a little lost, and needs emotional support, and just an avenue to explore,,
i sugest you talk to a counselor, and maybe suggest that he do the same, tell him you are concerned, because he has no direction and you know he is trying to adapt to his
seperation, but it is not healthy just staying with you..
but be kind,,
remember, he and your mother gave you the gift of life, and a home, love security, etc, and maybe he needs that,
and you should exercise, as much love and compassion as you can,,
have special times with him..
and tell him you also need your "special space" from him at times,
good luck..

Just say, Dad it is great spending time with you and all. I love you; but sometimes I want time to myself too! He is your dad, I doubt he would get hurt feelings about this. He isn't going to know how you feel until you tell him.

If this is your mom's house, it's none of your business. Maybe you should get a hobby.

If this is your mom's house, shut up. If this is your house let him know how you feel.

"Dad, you have your own home, please don't spend all your time at ours" That ought to do it.
