What exactly will West nile do to me if I get bit by an infected bug?

Mainly if you are a healthy person it will do nothing more that you may feel a little flu like. However it can produce a high fever, chills, fast heart rate, a rash and nausea all of which feel worse than the flu. But... the worst thing that can come of it is something called Meningitis, which is simply an infection of the lining of your brain. This can cause paralysis, Extreme head aches, coma, and death.
If you have been bitten and you start to see any of these symptoms in a couple days go to the emergency room.

It is supposed to bad to get it if you have HBP or if you are old or young. If you are in reasonably good health there should be no problem.
