I will answer seriously as i can...sorta.
1) The return of Jesus.
Rapture freaks, think that Jesus will come at the apocalysps and kill of the anti christ and take everyone up to heavan to be jugded and sit at the kingdom of heavan.
i think jesus will come back to teach human the next step in our evolution, will fill in the blanks on god. and help the worst off among us.
i don't believe in an apocolyps.....i trust in god.
Every religion awaits the return of the teacher, jews, muslims, and christians......so on the religous abstract ..........jesus.
2) Alien contact or Alien invasion.
Silly as it may sound, what would you do if we were invaded by aliens. What would happen to our society our belief system, or government.
I believe that there are aliens. they show themselves only when they want and do not interfere with the divine plan of god.
maybe they know more about god than we do.
3) The polar ice caps melt and the poles shift as a result.
you ever see that movie The day after tommorrow with Jake Gilenhall or whatever where NY is covered in snow and the entire world climate changes........we'll have to learn to live together or die.
4) the next step in evolution comes.
we discorver the part of the brain that determines violence and greed.
sure there part of the primative survival instincts...but the brain will eventually evolve out of these.
creating a smarter race of people, who with the proper society will learn to share the worlds resources and consentrate on creating cures for disease, poverty and oppersion.

The bible tells us that the world will be united under a one world government that the anti-christ will set up. The bible tells us that the anti-christ will come in a time of hardship promising peace and unity among all...unfortunately, the world buy into his plan and the end times roll on from there.
