any clues as to where they may be .....country ? then the red cross may be able to help?

I know no one with those names. It would help to know if they are 2 or 24 or 44, or what color they are, what you look like, what state you last saw them in, et cetera. Even if someone does know a Paul Anderson, which is a pretty common name, it may be a Chinese dude from Miami or something so please, we'd like to help, but you gave no specifics, honey. Sorry.
