I met this guy years ago we never dated but always had good conversations. We got together again this year and I let him know I fell about him and the feelings were mutual. Now I'm scared and don't know if I want him as my man, is there something wrong with me?

It is this guy I met years ago we never dated but always had good conversations. We got together again this year and I let him know I like him and the feelings are mutual. Now I am scared and do not know if I want him as my man, is there something wrong with me. I think that after awhile the man I, date will have problems with me and they may find dislikes or pet peeves about me, and would not want to date me anymore, can someone tell me what this could be.

no its not that there is somthing wrong its that u r more protective than u think,just take it from both sides think abt if he was good for u what will happen and then think abt him being bad for u how ur gonna lose
try to compare his good and bad things try to find out how u would feel if he were dating another one think abt u with him and if ur gonna feel happy abt it
after that u should of get the right feeling abt it!

It's normal to feel scared and confused about your feelings. Nothing is wrong with you. I think that you like him and he likes you but it so happened that you are not yet ready because you became scared. It's okay if you are not yet ready.. love can wait.. if he can't, then he's not the one... but never force yourself just because you're scared you might lose him.. if he fails to wait.. he's not the one..

What are you scared of? Romance or this man? maybe you should take it slow and see how he is in different situations, see how he gets on with your friends and family...

move on. i had this guy who was so intelligent that he gave me the creeps. when we finally got together, it was a disaster. i found out he was just another intelligent a..hole who needed me just to get rid of his insecurity. he gave me no space and he was annoyed with my intelligence.
