Yes, sleep is good. I miss it...

I heard somewhere that if you lay in bed for more than 30 minutes without falling asleep, then you should get up and do something else for 30 minutes. Get a glass of water, read a book, check your email, whatever.

For future reference, Benadryl is a GREAT sleep aid. Just take one though.

stop napping during the day and try not to read or watch TV in bed also if this is an ongoing thing get a sleep study done at a sleep clinic...you may be an insomniac...good luck to you

go to sleep same time every night, drink warm milk, dont smoke, take an OTC sleep aid listen to soothing music
