Do you want to know how to read a girl's body language, facial expressions and actions to determine whether she feels the same about you? Here's how.

Steps
Strike up a small conversation with her when she's with her friends. This will help you learn little things that will come in handy in the future, like what she thinks is funny and topics to bring up later.

Watch her body language. All girls are different so be aware of the signs.

If she's shy, the tone of her voice might be a little higher and she might start to play with her hair (smoothing it down, twirling, flipping) or adjusting her clothes. She'll smile and laugh, perhaps nervously, at your comments and jokes.

If she's confident, she'll match the tone of her voice with yours and she'll smile and laugh at your jokes. She'll act the same way with you as she does around her friends, only friendlier and a little less bubbly.

If she's flirty, she may be difficult to read. Flirtatious girls may flirt with just guy friends and it can be misconstrued as a crush.

Because most girls do not want to be obvious, the flirtatious ones might flirt with you a little bit less or they might flirt with you even more. They might tap your shoulder while talking to you,
gently push you or burst out laughing when you tell a joke.

Realize that some girls are self-conscious of what they do. This makes them unwilling to be obvious, so don't heavily rely on checking to see if they are staring at you.

Tips
Honesty and secrecy are big parts of girl friendships so don't rely on her friends to tell you if she likes you or not.

Compliment her! Girls love when guys compliment them.

Remember, don't shower them with compliments, although they may like it, they may see you as having ulterior motives.

Friendliness pays off! If she's having trouble with something, help her. If she's not doing so well in a class, offer to help her study.

Defend her interests. If she's playing a sport and one of your friends makes a crack about it, stick up for the sport (she'll see it as you sticking up for her!)

Remember what you learn about her because you can use these bits of information for topics in the future. For example, if she tells you that she has a dog, you can ask her about the dog next time you meet. She will be impressed that you remembered.

She might use your friends as a way to get closer to you. Girls are naturally instinctive and pick up on the smallest things. If she likes you, she'll know who your friends are and might start hanging around them more. This could mean that she likes one of your friends, but if you join them and she talks a little louder, acts a little friendlier, and her body language becomes more excited, this might be a good thing.

Warnings
Vindictive as they come, girls might try the "jealous approach" and start flirting with your friends to make you notice them more.

Be wary of these girls. If you really like her, pay more attention to her and try to get her alone - she might get the hint that you like her and stop trying so hard.

Girls detest when guys are obnoxious, rude, and show-offy. Although they might show-off a bit (giggling, laughing, hair flipping, etc.), they hate conceited guys. Don't be arrogant!

Don't hassle girls. They only have so much patience with "Do-You-Like-Me hassling" and can only take so much. Give them space and then slowly move in!

Some girls are aggressive and some are shy so it depends. But i would take it that the girl you are refering to is a shy girl because she's not aggressive enough for you to know whether she likes you that's why you're asking how you may know. If she responds to you positively in a conversation and the way she looks at you. She would also try to be noticed even just in a shy way.

Well, if she starts dropping hints about wanting to be with you...and if asked about it says she means it...

Truthfully speaking.

You might never truely know unless you ask right?

Some girls show it by flirting.

Some girls show it by avoiding you.

Some girls pretend it doesn't exist.

Others simply tell you outright.

Just keep your eyes, heart and mind open.

And pay attention to small details...

but don't read into anything too far.

Maybe you just need to get to know her better to find out.

if she looks at you a lot and i mean good eye contact with a smile even better if her smile is showing teeth. if when talking to you she looks at your mouth a lot. (she's scanning your face). if she touches a lot is a good sign, even in playfulness. she's overly happy or giddy around you. these are some sure tail signs.
