Yes, any slow-cooking method will work, because that way the food is cooked thoroughly through to the center without overcooking the outside. Braising, stewing, and steaming for a long time will all be fine.

Yes you can. The outside might taste little bit like rubber, but it obviously dont matter since cooking with steam the chicken wont taste at all anyway.

If you're smart about it, it shouldn't be a problem. It works best if you use separate parts, as opposed to a whole chicken, which could be a food poisoning disaster. I tend to also use dark meat (legs and thighs), because even if you overcook them in order to be sure all the harmful bacteria is dead, they'll still be delicious, provided you've seasoned them properly. Finally, if you are at all still leery, just use a food thermometer to check the internal temp, that answers the question.

If the chicked is frozen solid, it is unlikely that the insides will be cooked before the outsides are ruined.

You know how bad poorly could chicken can be for you, defrost them in the microwave first or if you prefer in a bowl of warm water.

a dont fink so but if u put it in the microwave on defrost for a bit then u can, or do it the old fashioned way and leave it on the bench for a few hours before cooking it, or actually come to think of it u might be able to but it'll probly take ages to cook!

No you can not. The danger is that ther will be a cold and warm areas in the meat that are a recipe for bacterial growth. The prefered methods are refrigerator, microwave and cold water bath ( if you use warm water there will be the same issues of cold areas butting against warm area fora long time).

There is too great a risk to your health, when you cook chicken from frozen.

Better to be safe than sorry!

Be patient and thaw your chicken before cooking it.

No. Chicken should always be thawed out thoroughly before cooking. Then cook thoroughly in order that all bacteria is killed.

Yes, they should be fine, but check they are fully cooked, by poking them with a fork, to check the juices are clear. If not, keep cooking.

I believe that the rule of thumb is that if (when it was alive) it walks on two legs, it must be defrosted before cooking. If it walked on four then you can cook from frozen - therefore poultry and game must be defrosted and beef, lamb etc can be cooked from frozen.
