You could be allergic to your pillow, the type of sheets you are on, or the detergent you are using to wash them. Change all those things. First, start with your pillow. The stuffing inside can be causing your problems.
If these things do not work, see your doctor immediately. He can refer you to an allergist for help.

Here is an all-traditional process referred to as neti. Here is the way you do it... This sounds fairly gross but it surely does paintings beautiful good. Take a cup, one that may be bent on the mouth, (corresponding to a Dixie cup). Fill it approximately midway with water that's quite hotter than lukewarm. You can flip the tap up and scan it along with your hands first or placed within the microwave for not than round 15-20 seconds, making definite it's only quite scorching to the contact. Next, combine in a small quantity of common desk salt. Now, the aspect you're frequently now not going to love. Stand over the toilet sink, tip your head to at least one part, and slowly pour a small quantity of the water into the nose that's up; the water will go with the flow by way of your nostril and are available out the opposite part and drip into the sink. Do this at the different part now. Repeat two-three instances. When performed, blow nostril with tissue.

It is so aggravating, yes! That used to happen to me, now I just wake up with an incredibly blocked and dry nose and dry irritated eyes. I moved and got new bedding and that seemed to stop the midnight allergy attack. I keep "Tears" eye drops and Ocean saline spray on my nightstand and when I use them before bed, when I wake up in the middle of the night and 1st thing in the morning, I am much better off. Also, try running a humidifier during the night. Hope you're better....that is a crazy frustrating problem, I know.
