In pork there is no meat only fat because of that the flesh look white while other animals have less fat so there look red meat.

it has to do with the amount of exersise the animal gets .
a domesticated hog is kept in a pen with litel room to rom and protected frpom natural predators resulting in lower muscle use and there for less blood being feed to the muscle tissue.
hogs in the wild are constantly amble and in serch of a new food sorce as they prefer tender growth and soft roots the food suply in their reach is rapidly depleted. also being choce pray for large preditors (including man) they are quick to bolt at any un fermiliar scent or sound . having plenty of exercise wild hogs have red meat
