What would one of those cost me? Where would I get it?

It's for passive solar water heating. The idea is to put it upstream of the combi boiler, and heat it either directly or with a coil from the solar water heater. The combi boiler runs at mains pressure of course.

How do I arrange things to that the hot water gets to expand when it gets hot?

Is there anything else wrong with this that will make something explode or otherwise embarrass me?

You can do what I think you are trying to do, and the correct equipment is available. You may need a heat exchanger, not sure how succesful this will be at such low relative temps. Solar hot water heating is used as pre heating before the boiler, as it only gives a small rise in temp. this is not normally done at mains pressure, I don't think the water regs would permit this. A combi boiler does not, as I understand, have to be at mains pressure...this is not a complete answer....need to have a check in the relevant water regs for your country.

Mains warm water is merely attainable making use of the two a pressurized chrome metallic cylinder- very costly! Or an instantaneous warm water electric powered heater - low transport value. Or an instantaneous warm water gasoline boiler - low transport value. the thank you to pass, is a vented copper cylinder, making use of a minimum of 22mm (suitable 28mm) pipes to furnish a mass of low stress warm water. in case you want, you may upload a pump between the cylinder and the faucets to boost the stress. yet!!! this skill you may desire to have a water meter as pumps use an mind-blowing form of water.
