It is illegal. She is willing to sell her life for 5 years (her new husband will not be able to apply for citizenship for 5 years after the marriage), to make $5000. You better tell your friend to think well about committing a Felony for such a meger purpose. If they cannot prove they live together and are a couple to Immigrations Cutoms Enforcement Special Agents, she will can be convicted for a Felony.

Don't do it, especially if he's Greek. $5,000 is not enough for all the work she'll have to go through and making sure that the INS doesn't find out it's just a paper marriage. She'll have to know all these things about him and be quizzed about him, like his shoe size, favorite color, his mom's name; it's crazy.

I do not suggest that anyone marry someone for money. Does she not have morals? If you are not in love, then you should not marry. It might make it difficult for her if she does find love in the future, how will she explain that she is already married?

sure tell her to marry the illegal alien its for money she can use it to pay for a divorce or to get a lawyer or use it to pay the bail. what happens when she gets pregnant if you think he paid 5.000.00 he will want to use the down stairs facility's too.
