Hey there. Sorry but I'm a guy, not gay though. They don't get half of what we get unless they have an orgasm. Then they have 10 times more then anything we can feel.
To get anything, they and we must apply just the right pressure pushing the clitoris between her pubic bone and ours while rocking during sex. Helps to have her legs higher. A lady feels a general sensation to ours from inside the vagina and doubly from the clitoris. They can feel our penis inside but it takes longer to work up enough blood flow to really feel pleasure.
