ask her in person and alone. Dont have a friend ask her! try asking her if she'd wanna hang out alone sometime. Then sugest a movie, and try to make an effort to pay for her.

No, any place can be best but don't be rude be a gentlemen I am going to pretend you is asking me out for you to be a gentlemen I would want you to say to me: Excuse me miss, what's your name,where are you from if you don't mine can I take you out tonight or when ever you have spare time to share with me there is no doubt I'm gone say no.

Any time any place, you just need to have a little bit of tact and try to use a little taste...It is better to do something like that in private or at least not is such a public place that it is embarrassing to you or to her...

Hi my name is------- would you like to go out with me on a date. Maybe we can just go out so I can get to know you better and so you can see what a great guy I am. I find you attractive. Something like that. With girls you have to be blunt or they wont really respond like how you would like them too. Flatter her a little bit but don't over do it, wich is really easy to do since you have to know when to much is to much. What I said for a pick up line for a girl to go out with you would be perfect. If you don't want to use what I reccomended to say then make up your own but remember come straight with what you're wanting to say to her, don't bullsh*t be honest and direct. Don't be pushy, bossy, controlling or come on to strong. Those pointers are really important to remember.

go up to her and ask her if she has any plans for friday evening....book 2 x tickets for the london eye and take her out and do something she will enjoy...ask her what she likes and then plan aound that before you actually ask her out - good luck brother

Just say, "Hi girl, would you like to go to ______ with me?" Don't try to be smoothe, you'll come across as fake.
