If you bomb civilians out in the open does that make you not a terrorist? What exactly defines it?

Terrorist are the ones who deliberately target civilians. This is Hezbollah which has bombed and rocketed the Israeli civilian population for years. Worse they are deliberately firing rocket from villages so that the Israelis will fire back. They themselves have boasted the Lebanese are their human sandbags!

Israel has waited 6 years this time with little or no help from the world to stop the terrorists killing their civilians. No one should therefore be surprised that they now act to defend themselves.

Now would these be civilian terrorists or just ordinary terrorists that are being bombed? When you say "in the open" do you mean hiding in a terrorist occupied dwelling or just in the general area of terrorists?

The issue is the deliberate targeting of civilians. For example - it is hard to justify the claims that Israel is targeting civilians simply because 'smart bombs' are a poor weapon to use on civilians.

Now an example of terrorism is arraigning for civilians to get bombed by hiding military targets among them. (Hint this is expressly listed as a war crime but everybody seems tot think it is okay.)
