"Unknown to him the bank closed his account?" Hah. HE closed the account before the check cleared. Not smart.

He can still pay the fee. If it's a filing fee, it must be paid before they will finish processing his petition. He should send the US check or a money order in US funds, payable either Department of Homeland Security or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, to the center that is processing his petition. He must include the WAC number.

Since he is overseas, if he is in a country that has a DHS office, he could go there with his WAC number and ask to pay the fee. They can look up where the petition stands in the process.

You sound like a very worrying individual, very loving. It should be demanding to artwork with those who're demise, to observe them die. i don't comprehend if i ought to do it. i extremely recognize your braveness and heart. And God is delighted with you too, i'm effective. yet there is not any individual 'genuine' faith. different cultures see God in yet otherwise, yet all the trails convey about a similar position. no one's going to head to hell because they took the incorrect route to seek for God. Did you ever hear the tale of the six blind men and the elephant? it is how that's with faith. no one sees more effective than part of God, and then they argue, or perhaps kill one yet another, over what he's like. all of us is ideal about his section, yet no one sees the -entire-. you'll stumble on God contained in the Bible -or- the Koran. both books have tremendous know-how in them, and there is genuine know-how in each and every non secular custom. i imagine we may all do nicely to study both. And different scriptures besides.
