What exercises that involve no equipment would join your chest (as in a males chest). as in a chest that is split down the middle.please help if u can

Oliver, sounds as if your ripped already and you want to maintain this without the high prices of the gym. so ( or if i am wrong and your not ripped already these will work as well) you just need to continue the workout as you did in the gym with the free weights. meaning use the weights ( juices cans) and lift them in sets of 15 in butterfly motions do 15 , stop rest for a count of 60 then repeat do another round of 15, stop count to 60 and repeat the process till to complete this 4 times. also try this sitting in a chair and doing whats called preacher curls, using only one arm do the same 15 them count 60 4 times . this should help with the ripped look your wanting. it will join your chest and broaden your shoulders giving you a more put together look leaving you still ripped at the abs yet joined at the chest. best of luck to you just don't push to hard and over do it.

That is the way your muscles are so other than having them pulled closer together with surgery there is nothing you can do. Why don't you like this? It should just be showing how cut you are so be proud of it. I have seen it look odd on some men tho.

No one said it was a deformity, just the opposite. You can't change your muscle placement and since you are saying it is not a deformity why do you even want to change it?

sounds like you need to go and speak with a physiotherapist and get expert advice. Dont do anything silly, you could make it worse
