Where does Firefox save the bookmarks in Microsoft Windows?
Can I export them to IE?

The bookmarks are saved in your Documents and Settings location - for me (my Windows XP username is Tom) they're here:

C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\default\[numbers and letters].slt\bookmarks.htm

You can also make a much easier to get to copy by going:

Inside firefox: Bookmarks -> Manage Bookmarks -> File -> Export -> [choose a location]

You can then import these into IE by choosing "Import and Export" from the File menu in IE.
