If by the original copy of the bible you mean the originals of the gospels and of the texts of the Old Testament: they have never been found.
The earliest Hebrew manuscript is the Nash papyrus. There are four fragments, which, when pieced together, give twenty-four lines of a text of the Ten Commandments and the shema (Exodus 20:2-17; Deuteronomy 5:6-19; 6:4-5). The writing is without vowels and seems to be not later than the second century. This is the oldest extant Bible manuscript.
For the New Testament: the oldest manuscript is the Codex Vaticanus, in the Vatican. It contains a version of the whole Bible. The Old Testament lacks Gen., i, 1-xivi, 28; I and II Mach.; portions of II Kings, ii; and Psalms, cv- cxxxvii. The New Testament wants Heb., ix, 14; I and II Tim.; Titus.; Apoc. Its origin is Lower Egyptian. It dates to the 4th century.

There is no original Bible. There are six or so very very old copies that scholars use to compare back to. For this reason, any texts we read today are unreliable. Translations are wrong. Also, along the years, people add stuff in and take stuff out. There were many books taken out of the Bible a couple of centuries ago.
Men decided what books would be in or out, not God.

As you know bible is not that one book or document we all know today. The New Testament is comprised of 'selected Gospels ' and letters.Only these original is available.
As far as scholars are concerned, the other originals were all burnt and loss forever.

I think the term you are looking for is copies...and how far back are you wanting to go? If you are talking about the Gutenburg Bible there are several copies of it all over the world. As far as manuscripts of scripture..there are literally hundreds of thousands all compiled in various different places. If you are talking about versions of the Bible such as the Vulgate or the Septuagent (sp?) those origional copies are probably somewhere vaulted in the Vatican. However, what might be interesting to note for you is this...alot of people don't realize this but the bible actually predicts itself as becoming a testament in volume
Revelation 11
1And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying, Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein.
2But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.
3And I will give power unto MY TWO WITNESSES, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. ( this is exactly the amount of time it took from the degree at the Roman Catholic Councel of Laodocia to keep the scriptures from the masses until King James made public and for private use his version of the Holy Bible yet the scriptures were often smuggled by monks and students from the monestaries and kept hidden in sackclothe because it was easy to burn if they were ever raided.)
4These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. {Moses (the law) and Elijah (the Prophet)}
5And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
6These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: ( Elijah) and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. (Moses)
7And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. (The Roman Catholic suppression of scripture and as well the conquering, death and torture of saints who had scripture)
8And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. (The scriptures lay open for parusal and study for centuries at in Monestaries and Universities..and at the Vatican)
9And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. (Often copiests in the monestaries would smuggle scripture out with the bodies of dead monks to be undug and dispersed to little churches)
10And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
11And after three days and an half the spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. (This is when the King James had his scholars put together the entire Bible with the Apocrypha included and made it public in 1611).

There isn't one original bible. It is supposedly made from notes of prophets. Most of them are not even included in the "approved" bibles.
