the best advice would be. Go to an expert to make this extreme change without getting a ugly accident, after that you can keep dying your hair with any red tone every 3-4 weeks. Don't forget treatments and a lot of moisturizers.

there's always chemical dyes. but if you're into the natural thing, henna is a good bet.the color may not come out a very strong,bright red on account of your black hair but that could be a good thing too...

colour bath your hair with bleach at least 2 shades lighter, then wash n dry then apply the desired shade of red in ur hair following manufactors intructions. good luck...

my hair is black too..
but I don't think to change my hair's colour into red or blonde
black is de best!

get it red from bleach ur hair it will look good 2 u

just dye red colour,..but do not bleach (heard that's no good for you hair) cause of the chemical reactions. or something..
