Tuna Casseroleis so simple! Go buy the Tuna Helper at the grocery, or make it as follows:
Tuna and noodles
1/2 package of egg noodles, cook in boiling water until done
1 or 2 cans of tuna, depends on how much you like tuna
1/4 cup of milk
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
potato chips, crushed, about a quarter of a cup
frozen peas, about 1/2 cup, cooked
Drain the noodles. Add the tuna, breaking it up with a fork. Add the soup and the milk, and a little salt, if you need it. Add the peas. Put it in a baking dish, and bake it until it gets bubbly, at 350 degrees.
Take it out of oven and top with the potato chips. Serve.
My Mom served the peas on the side, and I like my noodles juicy, so I put in 1/2 can more of the soup[I save the other 1/2 in tupperware for soup the next day.]
This was a childhood favorite, I have made it so many times, I don't need to measure anymore.
Enjoy

Most simple: stick a fork in it and chow down.
Second most simple: put it in a bowl, add some mayonnaise, whatever herbs you might have that seem good to you (celery salt, celery seed, sesame seeds, garlic powder, basil, oregano, maybe onion if your into that sort of thing), blend it together with your fork, and either eat it like that or put it on bread & make a sandwich.
After that, we're not talking simple anymore.

Get some Mircle Whip, relish (or finely diced pickles, I prefer pickles, but you dont even need these if you dont have them) and mixed with drained tuna. Use the Mircle Whip to taste, the creamier you want it, the more you add; less creamy, less Mircle Whip. Spread onto slices of bread and enjoy.
