i have a male cat and whenever i pet him, his penis starts going in and out. it happens everytime i touch him! y does he do this?????

i think he is almost a year old. he also bites my hand. he grabs my hand with his claws and wont let go and he licks my hand. when i try to take my hand away, he claws and bites me.

Depending on how old he is, he may have reached sexual maturity. (Females go into heat) If he's around 6 to 8 months and hasn't been neutered, then this is probably why it's happening.

As for the biting and licking of your hand. Cats give "love bites" not intending to hurt you. Probably the same with the claws. Just get him fixed and declawed and you will be set.
He sounds like a sweet cat, just uh, a bit sexual.

He's behaving just like a maturing male cat does.
If he's not a stud cat for pedigree breeding he should be neutered already.....

Your cat is obviously not neutered.
My cat is but he does this sometimes when I rub his tummy... but he doesnt bite hard. This is because it tickles him like crazy and he wants to play.
Stop rubbing his tummy.

Since he is almost a year old, he is becoming stimulated. You also need to get him fixed before he starts spraying your house. You need to get this done asap. your house will stink very badly. when you get this done, he may quit.
