Sex outside marriage is not permitted in any religion.
To restate facts Muslim soldiers also rape Muslim women and Christian soldiers also rape christian women.
The rapist doesn't really bother about the religion. Raw power in the hands of an individual makes him/her do such heinous acts.

The Muslim soldiers from Iraq did a lot of raping of the Muslim women of Kuwait in the 1992 war. But then they also indiscriminately killed a lot of Muslims between then and now. So apparently killing and raping people are OK in the Islamic faith according to some Iraqi Muslims.
