I'm totally with you on that, bro. No, it is not anti-Semetic. Don't let people guilt you in to thinking that.

Personally, I think the West lets Israel get away with a lot of bogus crap because everyone feels so guilty about the Halocaust.

Don't get me wrong-- the Halocaust was Hell on Earth, the Jewish people suffered horribly, and we must never forget that. But that doesn't give Israel the right to act like jerks.

That is anti-Semitic. You are holding Israel up to a different standard than that of any other country in the world. Do you have a "problem" with the Lebanese killing each other? The Lebanese Moslems killed *many* more Lebanese civilians that Israel ever has. If you *do*, then why aren't you complaining about *that* here?

Was it okay to go to war against the Nazis? Germany didn't even attack Great Britain or the US until after those two declared war on them. Israel is fighting a *defensive* war; it was forced on Israel by Lebanon.

And...if you have no *problem* with the Lebanese raining hundreds of missiles on civilian targets--most of them Jewish, but some fellow Arabs--then, yes, your feelings are anti-Semitic.

Well, it's only anti-semitic if you have specific anti-jewish hatred.
Disagreeing with the Israeli government is not anti-semitic (regardless of what some people might try to tell you). I am also repeatedly disgusted by the actions of Israel towards the Palestinians and her neighbours, but I'm not anti Jewish at all. I have the utmost respect for the Jewish religion and some of my closest friends are Jewish.

it's common only to those who are intellectuals. therefore, congratulations you are an intellectual. You probably do understand the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict from like the Creation of Israel in 1948 maybe up until the crisis that is happening now. And trust me, you aren't the only one that is angered by the Israelis because on Saturday, July 29th, several cities across Canada protested to the Israeli agression and is calling for a cease-fire. You, you should go out and protest too!
