"Your question is being held in a queue, and will be answered in rotation..." Of course not! There is far too much buck-passing going on, no-o0ne on the end of a phone wants to accept that their firm or organisation has made any sort of error, when they clearly have, and no-one wants to sort it out. Think you caught a nerve with me there... My National Insurance overpayment, which I knew they weren't entitled to, but they demanded it an so I paid it in February, and they agreed it has to come back to me - in May, where the Hell is it?

Absolutely not ...
Takes away time that could be put to much better use,
and I am not so sure you go far enough, we need forms
to requistion forms to fill in and have counter signed just
to get the ball rolling, then there are the forms to fill in to
do whatever is planned, then forms to get the consent of
others to do the thing then forms to fill in how we did the
thing then forms to fill in to show the results ....
All in triplicate of course ....
........ ad nauseam .......

Sad to say, politicians only seem to avow simpler government when they're running 4 office. Once in, they hire all their friends, who just happen to be overly wordy, to justify their time in office.
Consider Homeland Security that costs billions, yet they've done virtually nothing except write reports, which the FBI says are worthless!
Their real goal seems to be to chisel away our freedoms and bankrupt our country. By breeding mistrust, they've done far more damage to our country than any terrorist

life is a psychological phenomenon of being unsleeping of our environment, i assume. I have not have been given any know-how of the organic and organic info you advise yet life could be merely like a dream, if no longer a dream in itself, through fact it in basic terms lasts in basic terms till ultimately we are unsleeping of ourselves.

I once asked my friend who is a beaurocrat himself, what's your definition of a good beaurocrat? He told me a good beaurocrat is one who finds a problem in every solution. if this is the motto of the beaurocrat, I don't think it can imrove anything
