Fruity Brownie Pizza
1 pkg. brownie mix (8 in. pan size)
cool whip topping
1 large (14 or 15 oz) can mandarin orange slices
1 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced
1 cup sliced, fresh strawberries
1 square (1 oz.) semisweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. butter (no substitutes)
Prepare brownie mix according to pkg. directions. Spread the batter into a greased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 375 for 15 – 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Spread cool whip over the entire pizza. Drain mandarin oranges. Arrange oranges, strawberries and kiwi over cool whip layer. In a microwave, melt chocolate and butter; stir until smooth. Drizzle over fruit. Refrigerate for one hour before serving. Makes 12 – 14 servings.
I got this recipe from Quick Cooking magazine but I changed it. They used pineapple and bananas instead of mandarin oranges and cream cheese and sugar instead of cool whip.

some thing this is a mix of warm and chilly. yet there won't be in a position of be that a variety of of a distinction that it hurts my the teeth to alter between warm and chilly. And it won't be too candy. yet i want some style too. some thing semi-residing house-made ideally. it may be chewy yet no longer so this is consistently getting caught to the roof of my mouth. and not so stressful this is not any relaxing to consume. Cookie dough ice cream and sparkling truffles with nuts is sturdy. : )

since i live where it's warm throughout most of the year, my favorite dessert is ice-cream. but not the scoop-on-the-cone type.my personal favorite is the one i make where i put a layer of softened chocolate ice cream into a large dish and freeze till it's hard. then sprinkle with coarsely crushed peanut butter/chocolate chip cookies and smother it with a layer of softened vanilla ice-cream. freeze again till rock-hard. spread the surface thickly with peanut butter and pour a river of chocolate sauce over it. freeze till ready to serve. cut and serve with whipped cream.
