Well I've never taken it, obviously, LOL, but my hubby has, and it works more naturally than Viagra and can work for up 36 hours, not 36 STRAIGHT hours, it just stays in the body allowing the body to function sexually for up 36 hours. Jeez, I'm getting tired and not making much sense. Sorry, hope I was of some help.
