Tell your sister very calmly that part of being an adult is responsibilty, not just for yourself but for others.
Out of respect and care for your parents, she should reconsider what she is doing. If she says that she needs to do what is best for her, tell her she will have her whole life to spend time with this guy if she wants. It's not worth putting your parents through torture.
Make sure you treat her as if she were an adult. She just wants respect. Don't demand anything of her or yell at her. Try to avoid talking about the guy. Make it about her life and your family. If you start in on the guy, she will get defensive about him.
Also, don't patronize. Don't act as if you know better than her.
Also, give her opportunities. If this guy is a stranger, ask her why she hasn't introduced him to the family like one would do with a normal boyfriend. If she brings him over, put some fear into him!
Hope you get it figured out.

Now let me see if ive got this right, your dads head fell off in New York, and he's screaming about it all the time at the movies, and your mother is wailing at a stranger because he's watching television and hugging himself randomly, and you are jumping out of windows at midnight, because you think you are going to die. (Is that right is it?????????)

Your mom and dad are HORRIBLE PARENTS if they do not call the police. How can you let an 11 year old go see an 18 year old? Sneaking out at night? They need to lay down the law before she gets raped by him or someone else.

Doesnt your parents knopw what kind of danger your sister is in? That girl needs to stay away from that guy no matter how cool she thinks he is. I would hate for your sister to get hurt by this perv and your parents got to put a stop to that at once.

well i know what she is going through. she is at that age to where she feels like no one can harm her and in reality they will. what you and your parents need to do is either put bars on the windows that she is climbing out of or take her down to the morgue and show her what can happen to her if she keeps up with the actions she is doing.i used to sneak out at that age and got caught by the police and by my parents. well my parents ended up sending me to a girls home and im telling you my whole outlook change real quick. good luck

I think you should get her to bring the guy over to ask why he wants to be with a young girl and not someone his own age. You and your parents need to stay calm when you do this because you need to get this guy to tell you what you need to know or call the police and report this dude.
