I dont think its a fetish Women DO look better in heels i always feel better when i wear them out.
If he wanted to wear them himself or lick them or something then you can worry, but if its just coz he thinks you look nice in them theres no harm is there?

My answer to your question is that I think he has a fettish with you wearing high heels and it probably makes you look taller. High heels aren't the easiest to walk in and many people can't wear them due to medical complaints in legs or so on.

ive never been able to wear heels with my bf because were the same height or im taller but i know most womens legs just look better in them
